The Colony
Pet Policy
At The Colony we know that your pets are family and want to encourage responsible pet interactions for all residents. The Colony uses a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure. All applicants must complete a PetScreening Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile prior to final application approval.
- Dogs & Cats welcome
- Breed & weight restrictions apply
- 2 pets maximum per apartment
- Non-refundable pet fee: For one pet $500 - For two pets $750
- Monthly pet rent: $20 per pet
- Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Persa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.
