  • Other Pets Allowed: At The Colony we know that your pets are family and want to encourage responsible pet interactions for all residents. The Colony uses a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure. All applicants must complete a PetScreening Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile prior to final application approval. Pet Fees Include: Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $500 for one pet and $750 for two pets, as well as a Monthly Pet Rent of $20 per pet.

  • Pet policy fee min/max: $500 - $750
  • Pet policy: Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Persa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.
  • Parking Comment: Carports are available for a $25.00 monthly fee, garages are available for a $75.00 monthly fee, and additional storage is available for residents at an additional $20.00 a month fee. Visitors are allowed to park inside the gate in designated visitor parking spaces only. Please call us for complete parking information.
